efeasibility's pragmatic approach to improving efficiencies and effectiveness in the business case analytics, funding, planning and deployment processes speeds delivery and ensures simple solutions that are easy to learn and easy to sustain. Our focus is on bottom-line outcomes that can be replicated by current and future staff. Our program management methodology uses the Art of Leadership & Personalization to identify & overcome obstacles so we can purposefully move to implementation with a focus on outcomes instead of process.
efeasibility's premise is that managing capital resources, planning processes, budgeting and implementation requires broad skillsets and the ability to cross-functionally lead development & deployment. Many Managers don't have the breadth of knowledge or the time to manage all these processes by themselves.
efeasibility's Program Managers address various functional priorities and have the collaborative agility to work with disparate groups to drive deployment. The efeasibility Program Manager will develop & implement a process that is Simplified, Easy to Use, Easy to Learn and Sustainable.
A pragmatic approach in Retail is the Rapid Deployment process. It combines Capital Allocation and Project Management to "Rapidly" deploy funding to locations & markets that have the greatest perceived potential ROI. This concept uses experience to say that the funding initiative will produce an ROI so, deploy based on sales & financial data instead of taking 6-12 months for testing. In the meantime, while deploying, do the rigorous business case analytics then modify the ongoing capital allocation & deployment plans as needed. In retail, the calculated risk of speeding deployment sometimes out-weighs the cost of mistakes. A strong, insightful, strategic leader is the key to ensuring this process is effective.
The planning, funding and business rationalization processes are sometimes stuffed into the daily Run-The-Business activities of your finance and marketing groups. We focus on developing repeatable processes for each of the financial and marketing deliverables so time can be spent looking at outcomes instead of on building models. This relieves the pressure on your people, improves efficiency and confidence and facilitates a more effective forecast & planning process.
We love our work and revel in executing a great solution that makes your business successful - that's why we do it.
